“One he-goat, to make atonement for you”
By all the other Yamim Tovim the Pasuk says “Sieer Izom L’Chataos”. Why isn’t the word “Chatos” mentioned here by the Yom Tov of Shavuos?
There is a Gemora Yerushalmi in Rosh HaShanah says that Hashem said to Klal Yisroel- “Since you accepted my Torah it’s as if you have never sinned”!
