ShortVort.com contains over 1500 divrei Torah written by it's readers on the whole scope of the Torah and Jewish life.

We hope that you are enjoying our brand new website.  We are in a beta mode which means that the website is not 100% complete and we hope to be making changes, improving the website even more over the next few months.

In the transfer from the old website to the new one, all of the vorts lost the name of the author.  We are in the slow process of manually adding there names to every vort, and we apologize for not giving proper credit to those who have written in the meantime.  For this reason, we are keeping the old website online for those who want to check the author - just enter the vort title in the search bar and the vort with it's author will come up (or scan the old website according to the categories)
